Meet Susanne – Animal Advocate, Raw Feeder, and Lifelong Learner

Hi, I’m Susanne, the founder of Informed Pet Food. I hold a diploma in Veterinary Assisting and am also a licensed Private Investigator. For the past six years, I’ve been feeding raw food to my beloved fur babies, and for more than four years, I’ve been crafting balanced, homemade raw meals from scratch.

There’s something deeply rewarding about preparing meals with purpose — knowing exactly what goes into every bowl, and watching my pets thrive on food made with care, quality, and intention.

This journey started out as a personal mission, but it was my partner, Sam, who inspired me to share my knowledge and passion with the world. His unwavering belief in this mission gave me the push I needed. Without him, I might still be quietly gathering information — but now, we’re turning that knowledge into action, education, and better nutrition for pets everywhere.

Hi, I’m Sam — an adventurous, compassionate animal lover with a big heart and even bigger dreams. My background is in aviation, but my true passion has always been about giving back to the animals who depend on us.

I’ve always believed that every pet deserves world-class care, and when I met Susanne, that belief evolved into a mission. Her depth of knowledge and dedication to raw feeding inspired me — and together, we set out to build Informed Pet Food: a brand committed to education, transparency, and species-appropriate nutrition.

While my journey didn’t start in the pet world, it’s where I’ve found purpose. I’m proud to be part of a movement that empowers pet parents to make informed choices — and give their animals the quality of life they deserve.
